Speak to the receptionist at your registered GP surgery, who will be able to book you an appointment. Alternatively, click here to book an appointment through our online booking request form.
Is there free car parking at the GP Hub?
Yes, there is ample free, secured parking at Boroughbury Medical Centre. You will need to ask for a code from the receptionist to exit the car park on your way out.
Is the GP Hub accessible by public transport?
Boroughbury Medical Centre is located on Craig Street just off Lincoln Road in Peterborough. There are multiple bus routes into the Queensgate bus station, and then it is just a short walk up Lincoln Road. There is also a bus station outside the building.
If I book an appointment at the Hub, will they have access to my medical record?
At the point of booking the appointment with your surgery, you will be asked whether you agree to share your patient record so that the local clinicians at the GP Hub are able to access your record and also share relevant information back to your Surgery. This is necessary so that the appropriate notes and referrals can be passed on to your surgery for follow-up actions.
What if I do not consent to share my medical record?
You will not be able to be seen by the GP Hub service. You will need to wait for the next available appointment at your registered GP surgery.
